Unless clearly identified otherwise, generated characters should not be understood as representations of actual individuals.
Users may not use Echora to falsely present generated content as an authentic statement from a real person where doing so would violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Echora may make certain features available through subscriptions, purchases, or other paid access.
Before completing a transaction, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented through the relevant purchase interface.

Refund eligibility is determined under the policies applicable to the transaction.
Features may be introduced, modified, replaced, limited, or discontinued as Echora develops.
We do not promise that every character, interaction, model, feature, or piece of generated content will remain available permanently.

AI-generated responses should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional assistance.

We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual use case.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Echora.
Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted in the jurisdiction applicable to the user.
We may revise these Terms as the App, its features, or applicable requirements change.
