These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Echora: Lucid Echoes. By accessing or using Echora, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1 The Echora Experience

Echora provides AI-generated interactive conversations and digital character experiences.

Interactions may change dynamically according to user input, selected settings, and generated content.

Echora is primarily intended for entertainment, creative exploration, and fictional interaction.

2 Generated Content Is Not Reality

Some characters, dialogue, scenarios, personalities, memories, or events presented through Echora may be entirely fictional or generated by artificial intelligence.

Users should not interpret generated characters as real people or AI-generated statements as verified representations of real-world facts.

Users may not use Echora to falsely present generated content as an authentic statement from a real person where doing so would violate applicable law or another person's rights.

6 Premium Access

Echora may make certain features available through subscriptions, purchases, or other paid access.

Before completing a transaction, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented through the relevant purchase interface.

We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual use case.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Limitation of Liability
